INN is maintained and archived by the ISC (Internet Software Consortium, www.isc.org) since 1996, and the INN homepage is at http://www.isc.org/products/INN/. The latest release of INN as of the time of this writing is INN v2.3.3, released 7 May 2002. The full sources can be downloaded from ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/inn/inn-2.3.3.tar.gz
