nologin - Einloggen von Benutzern verhindern

BESCHREIBUNG

/etc/nologin wird von login(1) benutzt; wenn diese Datei existiert, wird login nur dem Superuser Zugang zum System gewähren; andere Benutzer erhalten die Nachricht "System going down".
