ifxus_create_slob -- SLOB オブジェクトを作成し、オープンする

説明

int ifxus_create_slob ( int mode)

SLOB オブジェクトを作成し、オープンします。 モードは、1 = LO_RDONLY, 2 = LO_WRONLY, 4 = LO_APPEND, 8 = LO_RDWR, 16 = LO_BUFFER, 32 = LO_NOBUFFER -> or-mask となります。 IFX_LO_RDONLY, IFX_LO_WRONLY 等の名前の定数を使用することも可能です。 エラーの場合に FALSE、その他の場合に新しい SLOB オブジェクト ID を 返します。
